The keynote speaker of the evening is Patricio Zeoli (Argentina / Germany), who invites musicians from Estonia to play with him on the wine terrace.
Tartu Classical Guitar Festival 2024 is part of the main programme of the European Capital of Culture.

Patricio Zeoli was born in Argentina, raised in Ireland and currently lives in Germany.
It has also had a decisive influence on the formation of his talent.
He studied with legendary guitarists Carlo Domeniconi, Narciso Yepes, Abel Carlevaro and Eduardo Fernanez. Patricio Zeoli has performed in many parts of Europe, North and South America and is a highly acclaimed performer and pedagogue of contemporary and Latin American music.
For many years, he headed the music department of the Uruguayan American School in Montevideo. He is also an associate professor at the Hans Eisler Academy in Berlin. From 2006 to 2010, he taught classical guitar at the Teachers' Seminary of the University of Tartu.
In 2003, he was appointed artistic director of the One World Festival in Whitley, England. Patricio Zeoli has been involved with Estonia continuously since 1997.
He has made a great contribution to taking guitar learning in Southern Estonia to a new level.
